Have a look at this article, again a great one by Mark Weisleder. I do believe that this will be a good year for Real Estate in Canada and the GTA. Many of my colleagues agree. When a listing comes on the market, there is usually a lot of action and the opportunity to sell is strong. Despite some of the doom and gloom out in the media, the Real Estate market in the GTA has been a great one in 2010 and should remain strong through 2011 as well. I'm looking forward to helping people make their moves in 2011. It'll be a fine year all around!!
